Earl Greenia, FACHE

Chief Executive Officer

Earl joined HealthSouth Henderson in 2012 and has over 20 years of diverse experience in healthcare administration. Prior to joining HealthSouth, Earl served as the founding CEO of a public health plan for Medicaid beneficiaries in Ventura County, California. Before that, he was the CEO for two hospitals in the Hawaii Health System where he led a financial turn-around, significantly improving quality and employee and physician satisfaction. Earl has worked in government, for-profit, not-for-profit, and academic medical center settings. He has held positions with Tenet Healthcare, Sharp Healthcare, UCLA Medical Center, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, and the City of Cambridge Massachusetts. 

Earl holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Vermont, a master's degree in health administration and a doctorate in philosophy in public administration from the University of Southern California. He is board-certified in healthcare management and is a Fellow of the American Colleges of Healthcare Executives. He also serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at USC’s Price School Policy, where he teaches the graduate seminar in hospital administration. 

Dr. Robert Gao

Robert Gao, M.D.

Medical Director

Dr. Gao is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). He has had a medical practice in Las Vegas since 2001 and has been the medical director of HealthSouth Henderson since 2007. His medical practice specializes in neurological rehabilitation and outpatient muscle-skeletal problems. He graduated from Shanghai Second Medical University in China and holds a master’s degree in science from San Francisco University. Dr. Gao completed his residency at Brookdale University Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, and completed his residency in PM&R at UCLA/West LA VA Hospital in Los Angeles and West Los Angeles Veterans Administration Hospital.

Robert Gao, M.D., is an independent private practice physician whose office is located at the hospital.

Robert Bollard

Bob Bollard

Chief Financial Officer

Bob holds a master’s degree in public administration and healthcare administration from Brigham Young University in Utah. He has more than 35 years of experience in healthcare financial administration. Bob helped open HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Henderson in 2001.
Angelita Budnik

Angelita Budnik

Chief Nursing Officer

Angelita joined HealthSouth Henderson in 2008 as a part-time nurse liaison. She later accepted the position of chief nursing officer bringing her years of knowledge and experience to HealthSouth full time. She has worked as an acute care nurse for more than 32 years and spent 15 years in Saudi Arabia as a nursing manager and nursing supervisor. Before moving to the United States, Angelita worked in the Philippines as a staff nurse and a charge nurse at the University Hospital. For the past 11 years she was with St. Rose Dominican Hospital as a charge nurse. Her experience includes medical/surgical nursing, neurology, labor and delivery, pediatrics, oncology and orthopedics.
Jennifer Huggins

Jennifer Huggins

Director of Home Health

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Hawkeye College in Waterloo, Iowa, and a paralegal degree from Hamilton College. After earning her paralegal degree she worked for Iowa Congressman Dave Nagle before deciding to return to school and enter the healthcare field in 2004. While in nursing school, Jennifer worked as a home health aide for Auxi Health. After graduation, she relocated to Las Vegas with her husband and children and worked for the Valley Health Systems, specializing in women’s health. In 2009, she returned to home health as director of professional services for a local home health agency in Las Vegas. Jennifer became the director of HealthSouth Home Health of Henderson in 2012.
Sue Loving

Susan Loving

Director of Human Resources

Susan joined HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Henderson in March of 2005 with 13 years of experience in hospital-based human resources in the state of California. She holds a certificate in human resources management from California Lutheran University. Her variety of experience in human resources includes recruitment and retention, training, compensation, employee relations benefits, and workers’ compensation.
Kristen Machtemes

Kristen Machtemes

Director of Therapy Operations

Kristen has been an employee of HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Henderson since 2003. She holds a bachelor's degree and master's degree in physical therapy from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.  Kristen is the coordinator of clinical education for HealthSouth's therapy student program and the spasticity program coordinator for HealthSouth's intrathecal baclofen program. Kristen's certifications include ergonomic assessment, Bioness L300 technology, ABLS and EKG.
Donna Rolshouse

Donna Rolshouse, CPHQ

Director of Quality and Risk

Donna, a certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ) with 20 years of experience in healthcare quality management in acute care and managed care settings and a registered nurse for 30 years, joined HealthSouth in 2010. Donna spent most of her career working in Pittsburgh, PA, but in 2003, left University of Pittsburgh Medical Center to move to Las Vegas. She is a member of a group of professionals who formed the Nevada Association for Healthcare Quality (NVAHQ) and was the president of the organization during the first year of formation in 2005.
David Taylor

David Taylor

Director of Plant Operations

David joined HealthSouth Henderson in January 2012 with more than 20 years of experience in plant operations and building maintenance. David maintains an extensive knowledge of the current Joint Commission, Title XXIV, Title XXII, Title III, OSHPD, SFM, CMS, DHHS and other applicable regulatory requirements. He is an active member of the American Society of Hospital Engineering and National Fire Protection Association-Healthcare Division. David brings to HealthSouth Henderson extensive experience in construction project management, managing tenant improvement projects and major construction projects.
